Bitcoin is increasingly becoming a mainstream talking point. As the Overton Window shifts, more people are recognizing its relevance—but understanding why Bitcoin exists in the first place is just as important as discussing where it’s headed.

At this month’s Austin Bitcoin Club, we’re screening What’s the Problem?—a film by Joe Bryan, creator of Sats vs. Fiat. The film breaks down the fundamental issues with our financial system in an accessible and engaging way, making it a perfect watch whether you’re deep down the rabbit hole or just starting to explore.

Bad money is a major contributor to many of the problems we face today. Fix the money, fix the world.

We’re also excited to have Stephen Cole present on Orqestra.io a Bitcoin startup he’s co-founding that helps businesses automatically convert a portion of their cash flow into Bitcoin.

Doors open at 6:00 PM! Enjoy food, drinks, and networking before we kick off. Stephen’s presentation will start around 7:00 PM, followed by the What's the Problemfilm screening.
